Dwayne specializes in complex commercial litigation and toxic tort matters. His commercial litigation work consists of defending a variety of Fortune 500 companies in contract disputes and business torts in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He also represents clients in the defense of toxic tort cases for personal injuries alleging product and/or premise exposure to asbestos.
In addition, Dwayne represents healthcare clients in a broad variety of commercial contract litigation matters and defends private sector colleges in a variety of consumer protection matters. He also handles complex insurance coverage disputes.
