Mr. Ciciliano is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation and Government Investigations and Business Crimes practice groups. His experience includes representing clients in complex civil litigation cases and defending clients against allegations of fraud, conspiracy, RICO claims and malfeasance. Mr. Ciciliano also has experience with medical malpractice cases, complex criminal defense, and a wide variety of business disputes.
Mr. Ciciliano began his legal career as a law clerk at Gordon Silver in 2010. Prior to joining Gordon Silver, he obtained his master's degree in Economics at the University of Nevada-Reno and worked for the Washoe County Commission. Mr. Ciciliano was also the Senior Managing Editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law.
