Mr. Ciciliano is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Department. Mr. Ciciliano's primary practice involves matters of civil litigation. He also has experience with Government Investigations & Business Crimes. At Gordon Silver, Mr. Ciciliano has represented a variety of clients, from individuals in contractual disputes and criminal actions to business clients involved in complex litigation, with amounts in controversy ranging from $10,000 to $30,000,000.00.
Mr. Ciciliano was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, attending Clark High School's Math and Science Academy before moving to Reno, Nevada to pursue his college studies at the University of Nevada, Reno. While at the University of Nevada, Reno, Mr. Ciciliano earned Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Economics, Math, and Political Science. He also earned his Master's Degree in Economics, focusing his studies on resource economics and the employment effects of the mining industry. Mr. Ciciliano was also a lecturer in Business Statistics.
During his time in Reno, Nevada, Mr. Ciciliano externed for Washoe County Commissioner David Humke and provided support services to Washoe County's Legislative Affairs Department during the 2005 and 2008 Legislative sessions. He also lectured students at the University Nevada, Reno in the subjects of Business Statistics, Comparative Economic Systems, International Trade Theory, and International Monetary Relation.
In 2008 Mr. Ciciliano left Reno for Tucson to attend Law School at the University of Arizona, Rogers College of Law. During law school, Mr. Ciciliano served as President of Wills for Heroes, a national organization that provides free wills and trusts to first responders; and President of the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. Ciciliano was an extern for Honorable Stephen M. McNamee of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona; an Arizona Supreme Court Rule 38(d) Law Clerk for the Pima County Attorney's Office; and a summer associate with Gordon Silver. Mr. Ciciliano is currently licensed to practice before Courts in the State of Nevada and his admittance is pending before the Courts of Arizona.
