Erich is counsel in the firm's Mobile office, where his practice includes commercial litigation, construction, admiralty, governmental affairs, regulatory and appellate work. Prior to joining the firm, he was in-house counsel for the Baldwin County Commission, where he represented the Commission in land use, appellate, contractual, personnel, and regulatory matters.
Erich received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as editor on the Alabama Law Review. Erich received his B.S. in finance, magna cum laude, from Mobile College.
