Over the past 25 years, Mr. Walsh has represented numerous small and medium size businesses in a wide variety of transactions, including start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, private and public securities offerings, corporate finance, sale of assets, partnerships, dissolutions and real estate matters. He is a CPA and practiced as such with Arthur Andersen & Co. and Touche Ross & Co. in their audit and tax departments prior to becoming an attorney.
