In its capacity as a FIRM OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY ATTORNEYS, our Firm acts directly before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO) in Madrid, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich, and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs - OHIM) in Alicante, and handles legal actions and litigation in industrial property matters before the Spanish courts, the Court of First Instance and Court of Justice of the European Communities in Luxembourg. The LAW FIRM has 53 Professionals under the guidance of its Executive President, Alberto de Elzaburu and the Managing Partner, Antonio Tavira, both representing, respectively, the fourth and fifth family generation in the leadership of the Firm.
