Biography

Edward B. Chansky, of counsel in the Las Vegas office's intellectual property and technology group, focuses his practice primarily in the areas of intellectual property (specifically the protection and licensing of trademarks worldwide) and advertising and sales promotion law, including charitable promotions, cause-related marketing, sweepstakes and contests. He regularly advises national advertisers and charities on legal compliance for cause-related marketing programs.
