· 1990 - Joined the Foreign Investment Office as a technician in the Negotiations and Legal Department.
· 1992 - Joined the Communal Law Firms as a free lancer;
· Started to provide Consultancy Services to several companies;
· Teaching Assistant in International Trade Law at Universidade Agostinho Neto
· 1993 - Appointed Head of the Legal and Negotiations Department of the Foreign Investment Office.
· 1994 - Combined her previous duties with a new job as head of the Department for the Promotion of Foreign Investment.
· Adviser to the Commercial Attaché for Foreign Investment in Lisbon.
· 1997 - Appointed Director of the Legal Department of the Trade Ministry;
· 1998 - Appointed Director of the Department of the Secretary of State for Trade, combining this office with his previous job.
· 1998 - Registered with the Angolan Bar Association;
· 1999 - Dismissed at his own request from the Department of the Secretary of State for Trade;
· 1999 - Appointed by Presidential Dispatch as a Member of the Technical Group for Legal and Juridical Matters of the Council of Ministers;
· 2000 - Adviser to the Deputy Secretary of the Council of Ministers;
· 2000 - Appointed by the Law Faculty of Universidade Agostinho Neto as a Member of the specialized group for the Angolan Commercial Code;

· 2002 - Appointed Adviser for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs and for the Control of decision-making by the Council of Ministers; Dismissed from his position as the Prime Minister's Legal Adviser;
· 2004 - Appointed Deputy-Minister for the Interior and Elections;
· 2008 - Reappointed Deputy-Minister for the Interior and Elections;
· 2010 - Ceased to carry out his functions as Deputy-Minister of Interior.
