Eduardo Martin is Director of Regulatory Matters of Carey y Cía.'s Corporate/Telecom Group. His main practice areas include telecommunications, media, antitrust and antidumping. He has also broad experience in project financing, international capital markets, corporate law and litigation.
Mr. Martin worked during a year as a foreign associate in the New York office of Allen & Overy LLP (2003-2004). He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association since 1999.
He is the author or co-author of several articles published in prestigious law publications (Latin Lawyer, Global Impact, the l.i.n.k., amongst others). Since 2001 he is co-author of the Chilean chapter of Getting the Deal Through - Telecoms, published by Global Competition Review.
Mr. Martin holds a law degree (J.D. equivalent) from the Universidad de Chile and a Masters of Law degree (LL.M.) from Duke University. He was admitted to the Chilean Bar in 1999.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
