Ed Heakes has extensive experience in taxation and royalty issues applicable to resource industries including large oil and gas projects, mining companies and special power projects.
Mr. Heakes is one of the founding partners of the Toronto office of Macleod Dixon LLP (a predecessor firm of Norton Rose Canada).
