Ed joined Marshall Dennehey in 2003, where he serves as manager of the Casualty Department in our Pittsburgh office. He focuses his practice on product liability and toxic torts litigation. Throughout his legal career, Ed has gained significant experience handling product liability matters involving electrical connectors, pipe and pipe couplings, HVAC systems, various appliance manufacturers and playground equipment. In addition, Ed has represented clients in premises liability and medical malpractice claims, as well as litigation arising out of commercial transactions and construction accidents and disputes.
Over the course of his career, Ed has handled numerous jury and non-jury trials in both federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. In addition, he serves as the national coordinating counsel of asbestos cases filed against a national product manufacturer.
Ed received his Bachelor of Science degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 1987 and his juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1990.
