Counsels clients and obtains insurance recoveries in cases involving: construction, antitrust, intellectual property, directors and officers, business interruption, disability, pollution, sexual abuse and products liability.
Acts as counsel for joint underwriting associations, insurance guaranty associations, municipal liability pools and self-insurers.
Lectures and writes on insurance issues.
Drafts policy forms and endorsements.
In the tort and product liability area, he has defended manufacturers and distributors in a wide variety of claims, including those involving asbestos, drugs, medical devices, consumer products, industrial catalytic converters, and material handling devices.
Extensive experience in representing manufacturers of products involved in mass tort litigation.
A special interest in complex medical-legal issues.
