A trial attorney for over ten years, Ed has litigated cases throughout Florida in state and federal courts. He represents clients in premises liability, product liability, automobile and trucking negligence cases.
Ed focuses his practice on the defense of retail liability claims, including premises liability, product liability and negligence security claims. He also represents an interstate transportation corporation and has successfully handled multiple matters for them, including paralysis cases, truck vs. motorcycle cases and several standard rear-end truck vs. automobile cases.
As managing shareholder of the firm's Tampa office, Ed oversees both casualty and professional liability cases. He has handled and tried both casualty and professional liability cases, and his role is vital to ensuring that client matters are handled promptly, professionally and effectively.
