Ed O'Connor has been involved in a broad range of commercial and product liability litigation, including representation of manufacturers of various products such as automobiles, passenger and truck tires and rims, hospital equipment, steel tubing products and drug and prescription devices. He has handled on a national basis coordination of products liability litigation in the automobile passenger tire industry and, on a regional basis, products liability litigation involving asbestos and IUD products.
Representative Matters
· Represented public accounting firms on a number of matters including defense of claims arising out of professional liability;
· Handled antitrust litigation in defense of Sherman Act and Robinson-Patman Act cases, litigation involving termination of automobile dealers' franchises, actions involving insurance losses under commercial and personal homeowner's policies, commercial litigation for breach of contract, and litigation dealing with securities law violations.
