Mr. Warin is a partner in the Omaha office. He has extensive experience in government regulatory representation and corporate litigation.
Upon graduation from Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Warin joined the felony trial staff of the Douglas County (Omaha) Attorney's office where he remained until he was appointed United States Attorney for the District of Nebraska.
Mr. Warin's government regulatory practice includes parallel proceedings, corporate internal investigations, federal grand jury investigations and criminal and administrative proceedings involving antitrust, environmental, financial institutions, fraud, health care, securities and tax law violations.
In addition to his government regulatory practice, Mr. Warin continues to represent litigants in federal and state court in complex business litigation and commercial disputes.
Mr. Warin has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America (White Collar and Litigation), Chambers USA (Litigation) and Super Lawyers (Litigation). He was named the Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year 2014 in Criminal Defense: White-Collar, Omaha.
