Ted Quirk focuses his practice on intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent, trademark and copyright matters.
Ted was the co-founder of Quirk & Tratos, has provided leadership as past President of the Nevada Intellectual Property Law Society, and his legal career has been honored with his inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America. He is active in many community organizations, including serving as Board Chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs Foundation, and on the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committees of the UNLV Foundation and the UNLV Research Foundation. Ted has served on the boards of the Lied Discovery Children's Museum, Desert Research Foundation, and is an Honorary Commander, Nellis Air Force Base. He has written numerous scholarly publications and has co-authored the Nevada chapter of the United States Trademark Association's State Trademark Law Handbook.
