Biography

Business litigation in Delaware is unique and for thirty-five years, Edward M. McNally has focused his practice on litigation in all the courts in Delaware. He represents parties in jury and bench trials in virtually every type of business dispute.

Recently, his representation of clients in litigation matters has involved:

· Dissolution of a large real estate holding company

· Control of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange

· Breach of contract claim with an award over $1 million

· Ownership rights in a multicompany dispute

· Civil rights violation claim
