Biography

Edward P. McCreery III has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience in a wide range of litigation matters including insurance coverage, construction defects, embezzlement, complex foreclosures, municipal liability, environmental contamination, land use and condemnation.

In addition to his trial experience, Ed has handled a broad range of alternative dispute resolution matters including arbitration and mediation. He has represented several municipalities as corporation counsel and as special counsel on diverse topics of land use, environmental remediation, construction and condemnation.

Ed has represented numerous lending institutions and has spoken extensively on litigation, land use and insurance coverage for private and public seminars. Ed is known for his email updates on new developments in Connecticut law on the topics of municipal law and insurance coverage.
