Ed focuses his practice primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions and also spends time advising private equity clients regarding formation, regulatory and investment matters. Additionally, Ed works on general commercial transactions, including negotiation of commercial contracts and entity structuring and formation.
Ed is a member of the firm's Lateral Recruiting and Integration Committee.
