| Biography | Mr. Laney has represented insurance companies and their policyholders throughout his career. He has tried cases at all levels of state and federal court in South Carolina. He also has argued cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the South Carolina Supreme Court, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Laney currently concentrates his practice on complex personal injury cases, coverage issues and bad faith actions. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Turner Padget Graham & Laney. |
