Mr. Mullinix has been with Schnader since 1949. During his active years, he worked principally in complex litigation and related counseling-including antitrust, other commercial matters, and lawyer and judge disciplinary proceedings-and managed the firm's work for a number of major corporate clients. He chaired the firm's Standing Committee on Professional Conduct from its establishment in 1988 until his retirement as a partner.
