| Biography | A skilled orator, Mr. Barnes has argued numerous cases before the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, and the Tenth Circuit. He represents clients in various types of litigation, specializing in real property, construction, water, and employment law matters. Mr. Barnes also serves as a mediator for construction disputes. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, Phi Alpha Theta and has achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell. His past governmental service includes a clerkship with District Judge Bruce S. Jenkins of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah from 1978 to 1979. |
