Eileen Bannon is a partner in the Structured Finance Group at Dewey & LeBoeuf with extensive experience in derivatives and structured capital markets transactions. Ms. Bannon's experience is extremely broad, and includes among other things, credit, equity, total return and commodity derivatives, insurance-linked products, market value, cash flow, and synthetic CLOs and CDOs, securities arbitrage programs, warehouse financing programs and asset-backed commercial paper programs. Most recently Ms. Bannon has worked on next generation structures to mitigate counterparty risk, and has advised derivative counterparties about insolvency issues. Ms. Bannon has also represented participants in numerous public and private securitization transactions backed by a variety of asset types, including excess insurance reserves, residential and commercial mortgages, auto loans, equipment leases, cross-border future remittance and credit card receivables, lottery receivables, Title I loan pools, federal government agency loans, IFC loans, dealer floor plan receivables, municipal tax-exempt obligations and servicer advance reimbursement rights. Has advised sponsors, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, investment advisors, swap counterparties, and credit enhancers.
