Eileen C. Riley is Of Counsel in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her experience includes the defense of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, USERRA and wrongful termination claims, as well as claims involving the FLSA, FMLA and other wage, hour, and leave matters.
Ms. Riley routinely represents employers in employment-related litigation in state and federal courts, arbitration and agency investigations/proceedings before the EEOC, the OFCCP, the U.S. Department of Labor and other federal, state and local administrative agencies. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from discovery, through jury trial to appeal.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Riley was the senior Associate at a labor and employment boutique law firm in Baltimore for fourteen years, and previously worked as Of Counsel in a large general litigation practice in Washington, D.C. She also served as an Assistant States' Attorney for Baltimore County, Maryland.
Ms. Riley serves as a Captain in the United States Navy Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps and deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom in 2008. She served as Past Chair of the ABA Standing Committee on Armed Forces Law.
