Established in 1966, Eisenführ, Speiser & Partner's expertise is increasingly sought by domestic clients and major international corporations. The client base is German, North American and Japanese in scope. The firm has 33 attorneys practicing in five offices in Germany and in Alicante, Spain, where the European Trademark Authority (OHIM) is domiciled.

The firm is particularly engaged in obtaining, defending, litigating and licensing protective rights in Germany, throughout Europe and in an international frame. The Patent Attorneys and European Patent Attorneys, as well as the Attorneys-at-Law of the firm are entitled to represent their clients before the German and the European Patent Office, the German Federal Patent Court and in certain cases before the Federal Supreme Court as well as before the European Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs)-OHIM. The firm's Attorneys-at-Law are also admitted to represent before all German District Courts and, where indicated, Upper District Courts. The firm's members are members of various Associations, such as AIPPI, FICPI, LES, INTA, ECTA and AIJA.
