| Biography | Elaine Buzzell is an associate in our Tax Group in Toronto. Her practice focuses on corporate income tax planning, including reorganizations and capital markets transactions. Ms. Buzzell clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario in 2006-2007 under Associate Chief Justice O'Connor and Justices Moldaver, Feldman and Gillese. She received her B.A.(Hons) in political science from the University of Alberta in 2003 and her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006 (Gold Medalist). Ms. Buzzell was called to the Ontario bar in 2007. She is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations.
