· Advised a publicly traded company in its acquisition of a privately held company for approximately $7.5 million
· Represented a privately held medical device company in its $12 million sale to a public company
· Counseled Eurekify Ltd., a privately held software company, in its sale to CA Inc.
· Represented Mitchell Goldhar (owner of the SmartCentres Inc. of Canada) in his acquisition of Maccabi Tel Aviv Football Club
Financing Transactions
· Advised various venture capital funds in their investments in both private and public companies (in various stages) for more than $1 billion
· Represented a publicly traded foreign private issuer with placement of bonds for approximately $50 million
Securities
· Represented Taro Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. in its NASDAQ offering raising $128 million
· Represented underwriters in msystems Ltd.'s $75 million convertible debenture NASDAQ offering
