Elisabeth focuses her practice on corporate litigation issues in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
While attending the New York University School of Law, Elisabeth was an Executive Editor for the Journal of International Law and Politics. She also was a General Board Member of the Law Women and a Co-chair of the PILC Auction Donations Committee. Elisabeth participated in Young Conaway's summer associate program where she researched a variety of issues for many practice areas across the firm.
Prior to law school, Elisabeth attended the University of Delaware where she studied International Relations and Economics. She also worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Development Unit of the Community Legal Aid Society, Inc.
