Elizabeth represents a broad range of clients, including those in the education, healthcare and chemical industries, in civil litigation and government disputes. She regularly defends clients in the education industry in consumer fraud cases, and she advises them on compliance issues.
With regard to the healthcare industry, Elizabeth works with pharmacy benefit managers and health insurance administrators, representing them in government contract issues and class action litigations.
