Libby Simmons is a member of the Labor and Employment Department. She focuses on claims brought under the ADA, Title VII and state discrimination statutes. Libby's practice includes the defense of employers in labor and employment litigation. Prior to joining Dinsmore and Shohl, Libby worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney. Libby is a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee.
