Elizabeth Bowersox is a trial attorney whose practice is focused on labor and employment law. In addition to representing clients in employer-employee disputes, Elizabeth also practices general civil litigation, particularly in the areas of torts and products liability and Native American relations.
Elizabeth also provides counsel and advice to employers on a wide range of employment matters, including the development of policies and procedures relating to discrimination and harassment investigations, employee handbooks and employment contracts.
Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2011. While in law school, Elizabeth, a Hatton W. Sumners scholar, served as the articles editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review, and authored "Up in the Air: A New Framework for Laptop Searches in International Airports," Oklahoma City Law Review (2010). She was also a student member of the William J. Holloway Inn of Court and received 20 CALI awards for top performance in various law school subjects.
Before embarking on her legal career, Elizabeth worked in the English department at Oklahoma State University, serving as an administrative assistant and website administrator.
