Ms. Fite is a senior associate in the litigation group of Kutak Rock's Atlanta office. Her practice concentrates on representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation involving state and federal courts, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Ms. Fite's experience includes:

•Representing institutional lenders, servicers and borrowers in a variety of matters before state and federal courts involving real property, security interests, contracts, condemnation, fiduciary duty, mechanics' liens, judicial foreclosure and business torts.
•Representing health care professionals, hospitals, medical practices and clinics in professional liability litigation.
•Representing manufacturers and distributors of consumer and industrial products in contract disputes and personal and property damage litigation.
•Representing employers in state and federal courts, as well as in agency proceedings, in various employment law and related matters, including age, sex, disability and race discrimination, wage and hour issues, unfair competition, and tortious interference with business relations in the employment context. In addition, Ms. Fite has extensive experience drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants for employers with operations throughout the United States.
