Elizabeth has extensive experience in tax and structuring issues involving New Markets Tax Credits, federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits, federal and state low-income housing tax credits, Brownfield tax credits and affordable housing assistance program tax credits. She represents investors, lenders, developers and community development entities in transactions that combine traditional financing with tax incentives in order to finance the expansion of operating businesses and the development of mixed-use real estate, hotels, theatres and commercial developments. Elizabeth has been a speaker on New Markets Tax Credits, rehabilitation and Brownfield tax credits.
Elizabeth works with lenders and borrowers in real estate, construction, cash flow and asset-based loan transactions. Additionally, she counsels clients during the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of commercial and multi-family residential property.
