| Biography | Ms. Dunning has extensive experience representing employers in mediating and litigating a wide variety of employment and discrimination cases. She regularly advises employers about employment policies and practices. She also assists employers and others in complying with European Union and other international data protection laws, developing privacy policies and providing notification of breaches of the security of personal information under various state laws. Ms. Dunning serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. In addition, she speaks and writes frequently on employment and data protection issues. Fellow: American Bar Association.
