Betsy Kaloyanides is an associate in the firm's Business Section. She represents clients in all types of general corporate, technology, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and contract matters.
While attending law school, Ms. Kaloyanides served as an editor of the Boston College Journal of Law & Social Justice, formerly the Third World Law Journal, and was an executive board member of the Business and Law Society.
Ms. Kaloyanides was a summer associate at Robinson & Cole in 2010.
