Elke Rehbock focuses on the negotiation and documentation of secured lending, structured finance and project finance transactions in the bank and bond markets. Representative transactions include finance transactions at all levels of the capital structure such as secured and unsecured working capital financings, cash flow and asset-based financings, securitizations and restructurings. In these transactions Elke represents corporate borrowers and issuers as well as lending clients including public and private corporations, banks, commercial finance institutions and private equity funds.

Significant Representations
· Representation of Fifth Third Bank in various secured and unsecured financings for multi-national corporations.
· Representation of Wells Fargo Bank in numerous secured trade receivables financings.
· Representation of Coface, as export credit agency, in the negotiations of the financing structure of a proposed project financing of an aluminum smelter and a power plant in the middle east.
· Representation of JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., as administrative agent, in an asset-based financing for a multinational corporation.
· Representation of a private equity firm in the financing of an acquisition of a portfolio of wind, geothermal and solar projects, which included a capital markets debt issuance and commercial bank financing.
· Representation of a private equity firm in the financing of an acquisition of a portfolio of companies owning a natural gas-fired combined generating cycle and single-cycle generating stations, which included a capital markets debt issuance and commercial bank financing.
· Representation of various domestic and international corporate clients.
