Member, Environmental Practice Group Practice Focus Ms. Silver concentrates her practice in insurance coverage disputes, and has substantial experience in a wide range of complex liability insurance claims involving primary and excess insurance policies including environmental contamination, asbestos property damage and bodily injuries, directors and officers insurance, employment related practices claims, construction defect claims, advertising injury, personal injury, copyright infringement and professional liability insurance, and other claims under commercial insurance policies. Prior to her law career, Ms. Silver received her bachelor's degree in Engineering and subsequently was employed as an engineer in product development for a major international corporation.
