Ellen practices in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Section. She was recognized as a "Rising Star" by Alabama Super Lawyers in 2011 and 2012.
Ellen earned her J.D., magna cum laude, in 2007 from the University of Alabama Law School, where she served as senior editor of the Alabama Law Review. While in law school, she received several honors including the Henderson M. Somerville Prize for Outstanding Achievement in the Legal Profession Course and was a Hugo L. Black Scholar. Ellen received a B.A. with highest honors in Psychology and Management & Society from the University of North Carolina in 2003.
Ellen is a member of the Alabama State Bar.
