Elliot practices exclusively as an appellate attorney. He has substantial experience representing clients in both state and federal courts, representing clients in a variety of substantive areas of the law. Elliot also provides litigation support during every phase of the litigation in order to optimize the client's position and create efficient and effective strategies for trial counsel.
