Elliott & Elliott was established in January 2002 by founding principals John W. Elliott and Thomas A. Elliott. Both John and Tom Elliott have practiced law in San Jose for over thirty years. While the firm's offices are located in San Jose, California, the principals have had extensive trial experience in Northern California, including the Counties of Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Francisco, Alameda, Sacramento, Sonoma, Fresno, Placer, Yolo, San Benito, Marin and Contra Costa. The firm has also litigated matters in Southern California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Washington.
