Don Elliott and Tim Smith started the firm of Elliott & Smith, P.A. in August of 2006. Both attorneys were long time partners with the firm of Odom & Elliott, P.A. prior to the formation of the new firm. Mr. Elliott and Mr. Smith focus their practice in the area of personal injury, with an emphasis on truck wreck litigation and medical malpractice. We offer potential clients the same resources as larger firms, without sacrificing the personalized focus and attention that comes with a modest-sized staff. Le Ann Box joined the firm as an associate in September of 2008. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Box received a bachelors degree in nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse for approximately 14 years. Her medical expertise is utilized in handling medical malpractice cases and also in evaluating injuries in all personal injury cases.

Elliott & Smith, P.A. employ a full time trial technologist which has proven to be of substantial benefit to our clients in presenting their claims to a jury. The firm motto is "Justice for the People," as we strongly believe every citizen should be entitled to competent legal representation.
