Don Elliott and Tim Smith started the firm of Elliott & Smith, P.A. in August of 2006. Both attorneys were long time partners with the firm of Odom & Elliott, P.A. prior to the formation of the new firm. Mr. Elliott and Mr. Smith focus their practice in the area of personal injury, with an emphasis on truck wreck litigation and medical malpractice. We offer potential clients the same resources as larger firms, without sacrificing the personalized focus and attention that comes with a modest-sized staff. Elliott & Smith, P.A. employ a full time trial technologist which has proven to be of substantial benefit to our clients in presenting their claims to a jury.
