| Biography | Emilio heads the Italian team of Fraud & Corporate Criminal Defence. His practice is mostly focused on corporate matters, automotive, energy (multi-utilities), litigation (including civil and criminal proceedings), internal investigations and compliance matters. Emilio has also authored various articles related to compliance matters. In addition to this his specialization is also valued by his academic activity as chair of commercial law at the Universitą di Camerino. He is an active member of IBA - International Bar Association, IFA International Franchising Association and IDI International Distribution Institution. Emilio is admitted before the Supreme Courts - from 2002.
