| Biography | Emily Plocki is a member of Sutherland's Tax Practice Group, where she will focus her practice in the area of estate planning. Prior to joining Sutherland, Emily served as a law clerk with a Washington, D.C. estate planning boutique, where she worked on tax and estate planning for individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations. Emily also participated in the IRS Employee Plans Volunteer Law Student Program, where she performed research on 401(k) requirements. While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Emily earned a Certificate in Estate Planning. Emily is admitted to the New York State Bar. Her application has been submitted to the District of Columbia Bar. Her work is supervised by District of Columbia Bar members.
