Emily is an Associate in the Litigation Practice and is based in the firm's Boston office.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Leo T. Sorokin, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, in addition to serving as a yearlong law clerk to the Honorable Margot Botsford of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. She was a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin in 2009.
She received her JD, magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School where she was the managing editor of the International and Comparative Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Emily won the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition, and was a member of the National Mock Trial team. She received her BA, magna cum laude, in International Relations and French Civilization from Brown University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Emily is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is fluent in French.
