Emily Ng is an associate in our Business Law Group in Toronto. She maintains a general corporate practice.
Ms. Ng received her B.Sc. (with Distinction) and B.Sc.Phm. from the University of Toronto. She is a licensed pharmacist in Ontario, with prior experience in hospital and community pharmacy.
Ms. Ng received her JD from Queen's University in 2010 and while at Queen's, was on the Dean's List and was awarded the Dean's Silver Scholar Award in her second year. Ms. Ng was also a recipient of the Torys Public Interest Summer Internship Award, the Lang Michener Prize in Contracts, the Brown & Korte Barristers Scholarship, the Bereskin & Parr Prize in Copyright Law, the Professor H.R.S. Ryan Prize in Evidence and the Law Society of Upper Canada Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement.
Ms. Ng is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2011.
