Professional Experience: Mr. Argentieri focuses his practice on all aspects of the mortgage default servicing industry, including defending claims against lenders under TILA, HOEPA, ECOA, and the NJCFA, as well as general lender liability claims under New Jersey and Pennsylvania state law. He represents the rights of numerous Fortune 500 companies who are creditors, in both state court and federal bankruptcy proceedings, as well as representing residential lenders, commercial lenders and municipalities in state court foreclosure matters. He also represents title insurance companies in all areas of claims litigation. Mr. Argentieri serves on Parker McCay's Executive Committee. He is also chair of the firm's Marketing Committee and is a trustee for the firm's pension plan.
