While at Sofia Airport EAD, he specialized in general corporate, labour and civil law, public procurement procedures, real estate and construction, ground handling agreements with international airlines, insurance law, litigation and arbitration. In particular, he advised Sofia Airport EAD on the legal aspects of the financial project "Reconstruction, Development and Extension of Sofia Airport", including applicable tender procedures and lease agreements for public state property and the company's private property, legal representation in litigation cases, including labour, civil, administrative and commercial cases as well as in enforcement procedures. At T&M Law Office Mr. Dinev has worked on a number of IPOs and listings of Bulgarian public companies such as Sopharma Logistics Plc., Herti Plc, Sofia Commerce Pawn Brokerage Plc, and Men Invest Company Plc. He is continuing to advice a number of public companies amongst which are the leading IT Company Bianor Holding Plc., on regulatory issues. Mr. Dinev has advised the upstream merger of Tishman International companies in Bulgaria - Int. Log Ltd. and Dinamyte Property Company Ltd., the upstream merger of Sanel 5 Ltd. in Sanel Plc. He has advised Bianor Holding Plc., Sofia Airport Center AD (a Bulgarian special purpose vehicle established by Tishman International Group of Companies and their joint venture partner GE Real Estate Central & Eastern Europe for the purpose developing the Sofia Airport Center Project) on their real estate and construction projects. He is currently advising on specific legal procedures concerning the construction of adjacent infrastructure of Business Park Sofia Airport Center.
