About this office:

English Lucas Priest & Owsley, LLP is a well-respected Kentucky law firm. Thirteen of our attorneys have achieved the highest peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Our principal office is in Bowling Green, which is two hours south of Louisville and just an hour from Nashville, Tenn. We employ attorneys licensed to practice in seven states, U.S. District Courts, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Supreme Court.

Our clients include individuals, family-owned businesses, non-profits, government entities and corporations. The depth and breadth of our attorneys' experience positions them to provide timely, informed advice on current and developing law and regulations, and handling problems that arise with swift action.

Our business clients have a wide range of needs that we are prepared to meet. Those clients include established international and national businesses, regional companies, family-owned businesses, utilities, start-ups and entrepreneurs. We provide a full range of services for our business clients, from corporate and transactional advice and business litigation representation to highly technical and highly regulated matters, such as health care law, labor and employment law, environmental law, intellectual property law and immigration law.

Alongside our business practice, we also represent individuals in a wide variety of personal matters, particularly people who have been seriously injured in accidents or those who need help with estate planning and probate. We also have an active immigration practice that helps those coming to the U.S. meet the government requirements to stay and work here.

We have extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, and our attorneys are always willing to work with clients on negotiations, mediations or arbitrations. Should the need arise, however, our attorneys will represent our clients zealously in the courtroom or in administrative hearings.
