English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP was founded January 1, 1973 by Charles E. English, James H. Lucas, Whayne C. Priest, Jr. and Michael A. Owsley. The firm has become one of the largest law firms in Kentucky outside of Lexington and Louisville. The firm has attorneys which concentrate in particular areas to meet the needs of its clients in a region with a diverse and expanding economy.
