Enns & Archer LLP was formed in February 2001 by Rodrick J. Enns and Julia C. Archer.
After many years in a sophisticated intellectual property practice with a large first-tier law firm, we wished to create an informal and flexible environment in which we can focus on what we enjoy: providing legal advice and support to those who market branded products and services. We assist regional, national and international companies in obtaining, licensing and maintaining rights in trademarks, copyrights, and related intellectual property; formulating and executing branding, advertising and marketing strategies; establishing and protecting channels of distribution; and avoiding, resolving, and, when necessary, litigating disputes relating to activities in the marketplace.
